I'm often asked why I don't do this for a living. The truth is simple; I already have a job I love. This is art and I can do it for me, even if I'm doing it for you.

I make my home in Vermont's Champlain Islands not far from where I was born. Growing up in a small town I couldn't wait to get out and see the world, so I did. I traveled the country, traveled the world, wandered endless beaches, and finally came to the well-informed conclusion that this is one of the best places on earth to live ...and raise a child. She's 14 now, and incredible.

In my free time I like to be outside, I'll mountain bike or kayak, or I'll ski in the winter. I've taught skydiving for the last 20 years or so, but not as much recently - too many summer activities. I'm also a private pilot and I'm currently building myself a new plane; I hope to have it done this spring so I can teach my daughter to fly. I'll have to remember to bring my camera... :)
